HOW TO BUY AND BOOK

- Buy the gift card, paying by bank transfer, send us proof of payment and we will send you the gift card to be kept. No need to print.
- Book the date of your excursion, entering the data of the participants, first name, last name, date of birth address.
- For reservations made before 31/12/2020 for excursions between 2021 and 2022 it will be included a free tasting of local products.

Are there scheduled departures?
No, you choose the starting time of your excursion according to your needs.
There will be other people?
Not. The tour is private and exclusive. No groups, waiting for other people or various gatherings.
Is this tour suitable for everyone?
Of course, the tour allows you to have a full knowledge of the volcano, its geology, its eruptions, its flora and fauna and the relationship with the inhabitant, without walking for hours. The excursion is also suitable for children from 3 years. It is a private excursion so that we can adapt it to your needs.
Do I need special shoes?
Sport shoes or trekking shoes are enough. No sandals or similar.
Can I modify the booking date and book again?
Of course, you can up to 7 days before the date of the excursion and reprogram as many times as you want until 31/12/2022. Any cancellations for bookings less than 7 days in advance.
Can I give my gift card to someone else if I cannot travel?
Of course, you can up to 7 days before the date of the excursion. We just need the name of the new owner.
