Taormina walking tour & ancient theater

Meeting point at Porta Catania Car Park exit at 9.30 a.m. Taormina is known as the pearl of Sicily. Amazing views. Fabulous architecture. Ancient and modern history through the narrow streets of this picturesque village. The departure point is Porta Catania, where we will start our exciting tour by walking around the city’s main monuments, such as Cathedral Square and the iconic Piazza IX Aprile, from where you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Taormina: the sea and Etna together. We continue through the colourful alleyways and flowered balconies to arrive at another Roman monument: the Naumachie. We will continue to the city park (Villa Comunale), where we will appreciate the calm and beauty of this beautiful green space. Our tour will end at the ancient theatre, which has lost none of its charm. This tour lasts 6 hours.
